AfroBeat Drumming offers drumming at schools as an extra mural activity.
The benefits are numerous and extend into all aspects of the child’s life.
It helps to build leadership skills, improve self confidence and self esteem and helps develop friendships and respect.
It also helps to improve auditory skills and memory as well as fostering the child’s creativity.

Should there not be any drumming at your child’s school please let us know that we may approach the school and start up a program.

Drumming can also help prevent children from getting into the drug culture, by creating something positive and creative that children can identify with at an early age.
A sense of belonging to a community is the best protection there is. Drum circles give them tools to create a sense of community, purpose and groundedness in their lives.
